Government and education buyers order through the channel on the buying vehicles they already use. Commercial buyers order direct. The line items and the AC5 fee are the same either way.

Cloud tenants are stood up in your name from day one. AI licenses are owned by your organization, not by AC5. Hardware ships imaged, asset-tagged, and shipped to you. If you ever stop being an AC5 customer, you keep all of it. Nothing breaks.
